The PERFECT paring knife! - I ve had one of these knives for the last 25 years. The first one was lost - second one was purchased shortly after that. I ve since lost that one and have had a hard time finding this. This is, by far, the BEST multi-purpose knife ever made. Old Hickory builds things to last, and last they do. I ve only had to brush a few times with a sharpening steel to bring it back to its original edge. I m on search to buy a few of these to keep me in stock.
